Has this happened to any other females? Its now happened to me a few times over the past 6 weeks.
It only seems to be when Mr is making me squirt a lot, and things are really intense.
I think the fact I'm not even aware I'm doing it makes it worse.
Its only a little bit, so its not like I'm making loads of mess, but its still creeping me out a bit.
How am I meant to properly relax with anyone other than hubby incase it happens again

I too have experienced this a couple of times. I think it's only natural if the guy is going in very deep and the guys were all totally cool with it so I wouldn't worry. If he is a decent guy he wouldn't make a fuss. And anal douching can help and not eating for quite some time before. Hope this helps x |

Try not to worry it does happen to other women. It's happened once or twice to myself. Once through been fisted and another while squirting. Hence why having a towel under you maybe a good idea. I always try to make out that they must be bloody good at what they do to make that happen lol.
For your piece of mind go see the doc to make sure there is no prolapse and then if you're still embarrassed try douching. Or maybe ask the OH how they feel because you'd be surprised howany men actually love it see it feeds their ego |

Can't remember who it was but I remember some singer (I think) telling a story about needing to piss and holding it in on stage.
Then he tried to squeeze out a cheeky fart but turned out the same muscles he'd been using to keep his bladder in check were holding his fart back.
So when he let go he inadvertently pissed himself on stage.
So maybe they're connected ie. don't 'squirt' and you won't poo.

It happened to me once a long time ago and I dread it ever happening again.
Lucky for me the guy was great about it and joked at the time saying,Piss on me, shit on me, hurt me hurt me lol. 
We both laughed so much when he came out with that I forgot my embarrassment.
Anyway,douche is good and,something solid to eat like boiled/poached eggs.  |

This happened to me on the fisting episode and I was staying there another night so had to make out I'd had an accident through the night. Came back to the hotel the following evening to find the windows wide open it was the middle if November  |

Depending on how you feel about any of it, I'd suggest not eating for a couple of hours before the fun start, douching with warm (not hot) water and even take an Imodium or something for an extra bit of peace of mind.

It can happen when the squirting becomes intense; big muscle contractions push everything southwards, which is natural, so I would very much doubt that a trip to the gp is in order, unless of course, things happen when not squirting?? I douche prior to a meet and find it helps, though it is advisable to have a bit of a time gap between douching and meeting, (you work out why). |

I've been with a girl having anal when a squirrel popped its head out to say hello.
I felt awful for her and tried to put her at ease about it. Unfortunately (and in fairness, I hope understandably) I lost my woody which didn't help her feel any better. Therefore I suggested we start all over again and took it from the top down. We even put some clothes back on and started from step one! |

When I had my child I found i was squirting more frequently during sex, which was nice !! and I too came close to relaxing totally and like you became concerned, then I went to my gp who suggested doing pelvic floor exercises and it's not total fix but it gave me more control

Does it happen more often to those who receive Anal sex a lot? All the muscles are relaxed, and if you've not had a dump just before said activities, then it's bound to just fall out.....

Why do people feel the need to leave comments that are neither relevant or helpful? I don't suffer from incontinence, I've just had a few, slight may I add, incidents during sex.
Most of the advice makes sense, so thank you all.

I've had the shit fucked out of my arse, literally.
And now and then if I'm coming hard I have farted, and it is mortifying, but it isn't a medical issue, it's muscles contracting uncontrollably. Add a constant thrusting and I can see why it is so easy and common, every time they pull out of you they're putting pressure on your bowel, the seperation between bowel and vagina is really small.
Some people here sound like a GP's nightmare, no wonder its so fucking hard to get an appointment! |

I dont think GPs have had as much sexual experience as most of us on fab. But checking with the GP that nothing medical is going on wouldn't hurt. Other wise I'd stick to the swingers suggestions lol |

I've always said that if you're prepared to fuck someone in the arse, you have to accept that you may end up dealing with poop. And vice versa. It's natural, that's where poop comes from. We don't have ultimate control over our bodies no matter how many squats we do, there's no point in pretending otherwise. Especially when anal feels bloody great. |
