They are ungrateful little imps; you look after them, nurture them, give them a home and then the little fuckers tell the truth. No gentle warm up, no cheeky grin to make it all better. Just stark, honest numbers. I frequently don't speak to mine either. |

There is some truth in that. I use the same spot in my house or my weight goes up and down by up to 3 lbs, depending where I put them. |

This is what mine have done to me. I thought I was doing so well and then it hit me with a five pound gain.
I simply hate them.
We are not friends.

It's how I lose weight. I eat less than usual. I feel hungry. The weight goes slowly down again. It's not fun. |
