Yes you can, it shows you are who you say you are. However a social meeting in person would be more beneficial as people can see what you are like as a person.

It seems that single guys cant get verified by Web Cam I have coped and pasted from faq....
How do I get verified by other members?
You need to find someone who is already verified and ask them to verify you. If you are a couple or a woman then you can get verified by webcam or phone. An easy way to do this is to go into the chatroom while you are both there, switch your webcam on and ask someone to verify you. If you are a single guy then you need to meet someone. |

Pop along to an organised social (one in Bradford on Dec 2 according to the forum thread) or maybe a club, Quest isn't far and it's a great club. Chat and mingle and make sure you remember fab names and I'm sure you can pick up a few veris. It's a lot easier and a lot more relevant to have met with actual people rather than hide away behind a keyboard or a webcam.

This is new. And about time but wish they'd get rid of cam veris altogether They prove nothing. |

Maybe as a single male they are pointless but for couples and more so for females they are helpful shows what kind of person your meeting and gives a idea if your likely to stand us up. If you've got 10 veris and they all say that your a decent person respectfull and trustworthy it makes the fem feel safe and couples more inclined to meet. |
