Do people use 'enhancements' before meets or at clubs?
What is it really like?
Does it actually help?

Oh go on then. Yes it's really good shit and makes your Dick rock hard. Don't drink much though as it can give you a stonker of a headache.
I personally don't have any bother whatsoever with it but I play lots of sport and keep myself fit and healthy otherwise.
I used to try without it but I was often a bit deflated when Mr Floppy came a calling. Group fun is quite stressful on your mind and with a blue friend in you the stress just melts away and you can enjoy yourself and not be a party pooper.
There. I've said it.
So what if I die when I'm 70 with a heart attack. At least I'll have had a good life and enjoyed some fun in my life. Who wants to be an old and decrepit 90 something anyway. |

Mr here. Thought I'd try it on our first party visit. I was rock solid for ages but I'd probably say that's cos of the hot girls about. Gave me a hellish headache for 2 days and that was only a half. I'd say, if you don't need I'd then don't bother, doesn't add much. |

Come on guys this isnt a recreational drug and shohld be taken only under advisement from your gp
God knows whats in the other pills on the black market
Also contrary to common beleif its not a case of pop a pill and bingo instant hard on. You do actually need to be in the mood for your hormones to take effect aswell |

Looking at your age, you shouldn't really need it on a day to day basis. That said it is a useful "insurance" at parties, clubs and in group situations.
Half a blue pill (Viagra or generic alternative) will see you right for a night.
The yellow pills (Cialis or generic alternative) are known as weekenders and they keep you perky for two or three days.
In both instances, you still need to be stimulated to rise to the occasion |

I mean come on.... People are grown up enough to make their own informed decisions and honestly... How many people have died through taking half a viagra compared to how many have died from drinking, smoking, DIY, taking selfies and riding bicycles? |

Just be warned even if you do take it there's no guarantee they'll work. You might have to take a few times for it to have any proper effect.
Viagra and levitra just give me awful headaches, cialis though is fantastic for me, and lasts bloody ages lol!!
And you can get proper stuff off the online doctor services, it just costs a pretty penny!! |

First of all much mis-information always accompanies such threads..the so called experts start spouting off about dangers heart attacks etc (more heart attacks happen while having sex without viagra blues etc)
The drug has a fantastic safety record,unlike alcohol etc and has improved life for millions of men worldwide.
It comes in 3 strengths 25mg 50mg and 100mg depending on yr dysfunction..If new user read the factsheet ad start with 25/50 mg..effects last about 5 hours. .may cause headache/hot flush.

After an unfortunate accident in my last job, I had cialis prescribed to me. Your right it is awesome! I do wonder though how many people I meet & then re-meet are wanting to see me again or ask for a few little yellows haha |

I use it now and again and it's pretty good...loads cheaper than viagara...also I use the lowest dosage which is 25g....so no headaches or any side effects and works for hours  |

good reply .i have diabetes and get ciallis on prescription. its not a recreational drug and if you don't need it dot take it.
Banging headaches stiffys at 3 am are no good either.
cialis and levitra are best viagra is ok more instant but you still need stimulation for a good session.
Dont rely on pills to get your stiffy a good woman or man will do that anyday. |

And it does it by enlarging(dilating?) the blood vessels, thus allowing a greater flow of blood.
The comments about those who warn about potential fatal side effects are probably people like me who have been advised by their GP NOT to use Viagra because of the medication they`re currently using for heart problems being seriously messed with by using Viagra! I used half a Viagra tablet once before I knew about the side effects when using cardiac meds (I`ve had a quadruple heart by-pass and use nitrate drugs) and the next morning not only dd I have the headache from hell but my eyes were virtually completely bloodshot red, so bad I frightened the lady who I`d been with!
To those who can safely use Viagra, drink plenty of water and don`t eat a large or fatty meal before use. Forget all of the jokes about stiff necks and stopping the old boys rolling out of bed as you still need to be aroused before you`ll get an erection! |

If there is one thing worse than a thread Doctor, it is a thread Doctor who makes completely inaccurate statements. A very quick Google search will show you that Viagra assists with the penis maintaining an erection, not only for people with hardened arteries. |

Don't think he was playing doc. Op asked for advice he gave his. Negative or positive it was sensible advice. I for one have high blood pressure and had a bad experience with the blue pill. If people aren't aware of things like that it could end up bad. So advice given as you say there adults so still have a choice themselves to use it or not. |

Do most of us not take risks with drugs? Alcohol caffeine ecstacy pain killers etc..Even Dr's prescribe and don't know the side effects for the idividual.

This is highly unlikely for two reasons.
1. It would cost money, quite a lot, to do the assay for the drug.
2. It would leave the employer open to legal challenge for a host of obvious reasons |

Sildenafil is not a prescription drug and as such is legal to buy from any chemist on the high street without any referral to your GP.
I would say try it out if you feel the need but don't use it if you have rhinitis as it increases the blood flow and will make it worse by blocking your nose. |
