i've had that on POF, and stupid messages like 'i've seen your pussy'.
i just put on my profile 'if i wasn't interested in you on other sites then why do you think i'll be interested in you on here?'
but i appreciate twitter doesn't let you have much of a profile. |

It's not. As I said, they did an image search. I wasn't even using my then profile pic, so they must've searched all my public photos. |

I've heard this happen before & made a mental note not to use any face pics from here on other social media sites.
Having public face pics on here gets you attention, maybe too much as once uploaded they're out there for anyone to screen shot & Google.
It's scary the lengths some people will go to.
I hope the new approach works for you.

Sorry to hear that OP.
It's a lesson for us all though - absolutely no way I'm duplicating any pics from my other social media sites on here or vice versa.
What goes on Fab stays on Fab!
And face pics in public galleries are an absolute no-no!
You are a very striking lady OP, very recognisable, and bound to be popular on here, sadly some people are going to take things too far.  |

I guess I used a picture of my face as mitigation against being a wheelchair user.

Yep, never use a pic on here that has been used on your twitter,FB, Instagram etc because when you search that pic, which is incrediably easy to do I just hold my finger on the image then hit search google, it will show me if and where that pic has been used before. It can take me straight to your Facebook and I will (potentially) have your name, employer, your town even your street if you have one of those status updates 'at home in my cosy bed' and a map  .
The amount of information a person can get from one pic is staggering. |
