As far as i know a penis pump only brings more blood into the penis, which wont stay there for long so is a (very) short term gain, and i am not sure that you can physically make your cock bigger (maybe surgery, but not sure). If you Google it, i am sure i have seen stories where penis pumping is damaging to the cock? Mines small, i am 49 and have lived withbit. I have used one and find it didnt offer any long term benefits, but only used it a couple of time's. What I did find it that it added more girth as it ducked more blood into my cock. Once the pump was removed it did go back down, however if you use it in conjuction with a cock ring the blood will become trapped so you will keep some extra girth whilst the cock ring remains.
