Would anyone recommend rios for a massage? If so I'll be heading there after work today. Backs in pieces

I'd recommend a registered chiropractor instead.

If you have a bad back going for a massage at Rio's will achieve nothing. Go see an osteopath or physio.

If you want an excise to get a massage in a naturist spa go to Rio's
