Buy a douche that screws directly onto your shower hose for starters. A lot quicker and better than the ones that look like a lightbulb.
Then spend at least 15 minutes in the shower cleaning out until the water runs clear. Then once more for good measure.
To get properly clean, depending on your diet will take at least this long, and then should see you ok for a good few hours as long as you don't have a meal straight after.
But be aware, you're doing bum sex. There is always the chance of a bit being left over. Hazards of the fun I'm afraid. |
