Thoughts please...
It's happened a few times now where I've messaged someone and got a reply back (them saying they are interested etc).
So I naturally respond to them back, but this message then goes unread.
What's the advice in this situation? I'm not going to pester them but given their first response they were up for chatting... |

It means one of two things either they aren't interested or they don't have time to read your message at the moment.
It's best to assume the worst then if you do eventually get a response it'll be a nice surprise.

I find it pretty annoying. People have their reasons I suppose, but all too often we engage in a nice flurry of messages and then... silence. Either the last one just goes unread or they simply don't respond when we try to arrange a date for a social.
We can't be everyone's cup of tea granted, but it does happen too frequently. |

"If they're interested they'll reply. Delete your sent mail and don't worry about it."
This
Too many people worry about the sent box. Delete the lot and don't over think it |
