Spending time on profile text

I have been on Fab on and off for a number of years now and I want to put it to the floor.
How many single females or couples actually read the profile text?
I tend to get the impression that people have already made their mind up as to whether they are going to meet you by looking at your pictures and physical attributes.
If people do read them, could you take a look at mine and give some advice on improvement. |

Profile text is vey important, it lets me know if we would be compatible, then the pics.
I'm not here to do the Spanish inquisition so if there is no info I will just ignore any messages no matter how good looking they are to me  |

Couldn't agree more. People who are illiterate annoy me, but people who are illiterate and can't see it annoy me even more. Being able to spell properly is not difficult.

Yes I realize that.
I will publicly apologize for my comment.
People who are dyslexic obviously will struggle.
However I believe there are a few out there who just don't take the time to spell correctly. |

To make sure they aren't fake pics. You can reverse image search and sometimes the pics are not who they claim to be! |

I see. I never knew that. Normally if I get a reply that is a good enough sign. I find it so difficult to meet. Can't work out whether its my pictures that put people off, my initial message or my profile text. |

I think its a double edged sword.
People probably don't put the time in because they believe that it doesn't get read.
The majority tell me that I am not their type because of A. Too short B. Not good looking enough or C. 'Just not my type'.
I can only presume that this is because of the face pictures I have sent as most don't comment on my profile. |

Face pics are to see if there is an attraction, profile text sees if we are compatible, most wont comment on the text but it will be read
What I can't stand is men who message and say they love my profile but don't have one themselves or they just have a cock pic from various angles.
Men need to stimulate my brain, first and foremost so keep the text part interesting  |

I go purely on chat alone. Mr A picks the meets and I trust him to pick someone appropriate so he reads the profile but all the meets we have had I go purely on the banter x |
