I've been considering it for a while bit wanted to ask ladies/gents who had it done , did you lose sensitivity ? Have problems with it healing ok? Any other things to consider about it? Would you do it again?

Hurt and the daft cunt did it wrong..ended up going for a 2nd opinion and being told to remove them..so went back and did it there and got a refund

I've had my nipples done twice as I took the jewellery out for breastfeeding my youngest. Certainly didn't lose any sensitivity though I have to say that of all the piercings I've had, they took the longest to completely heal, as in, every so often they'd still weep a little during the first six months even though they didn't feel sore ... but no real problems and I love having them. It felt like something was missing after I'd taken them out.

I had mine done years ago, no problems at all, no loss of sensitivity

( increase ) and absolutely love it.

Made sure it kept it really clean, left the bar in and didnt put a ring in for months to ensure it couldn't get infection by the ring feeding dirt into the piercing.

yes it hurt, but only for a few seconds.

no regrets at all x

I had mine done twice I was years trying to get them to heal with the metal bar in had to take them out for a finish but had them redone again with bioplast/ptfe barbells, your body won't reject the bioplast/ptfe material as it's a specialised plastic used mostly in heart surgery to prevent infection and the body rejecting it, it was the best thing I ever did had no problems at all and they healed very fast and are super sensitive

Mine has always been fine. I don't recommend getting a nipple bar caught in fishnet though.

For what it may be worth from a guys point of view...they just get in the way of sucking a nice nipple

Had mine done twice.

First time had them done with an ear-piercing gun and gold sleeper ear-rings. They healed beautifully and no problems whatsoever...apart from becoming uber sensitive! lol

Second time they were done using a different method and had bars put in. They hurt like hell and after 12 months they still hasn't healed properly so I took them out

I had my left nipple done about 10 years ago - it healed completely in about two weeks (although I do count myself very lucky given the number of stories I have heard about piercing taking 6 months or more to heal). Big increase in sensitivity.

Initially I had a bar fitted, but when I got married to Mrs J, she gave me a new gold ring which I now consider to be of greater importance to me than the ring on my finger as it is always much closer to my heart.

I had my left one done about 8/9 months ago and i love it. It healed no problem at all and I can change the ring/bar easily. It's just a bastard when it gets caught on things - shower screens, lacey bras, bathroom sponges...

I have both done. Took longer to heal than my other piercings but worth it for the increased sensitivity. Had bars put in and still have bars now as find them more comfortable and prefer the look on me to rings. Always have to wear a slightly padded bra or the whole world would know though

Pro: Increased sensitivity

Con: Guys go really rough on it; biting it, pulling on it etc

Male perspective here...

Best thing ever. I went to a respected, pro piercing shop and it barely hurt. They gave me a sheet of instructions for aftercare and it was ok for light play after a few days. Full healing takes longer.

That was 8 years ago and I still love it. I have increased sensitivity, no negative effects and I like how it looks.

Worse piercings I had. Never healed, ended up in hospital with blood poisoning being fed intravenous antibiotics after one got infected after swimming in the sea, 9 months after it was done.

The other one came out about 3 months after that, when it got infected.

Nothing to do with how I looked after them, they were always scrupulously clean, my body just didn't like them.

"For what it may be worth from a guys point of view...they just get in the way of sucking a nice nipple "

Nah...if you take care not to do anything that tugs at the piercing you can tease, suck and tweak a lady's pierced nipple.
