I've genuinely found that just being patient alone regardless of size of the toy works. now I don't have loads but I started at a good size 8 inch dildo and after a few mins. with the correct lube, first was expensive and to thin (didn't work well) I got there fine no worry and no injury. so in my in experienced state unless im such a slut I'd say build up training is not so much needed for the body, but more for the mind and fear factor |

Patience and being relaxed are the key. It's more fun with a partner but I find few ladies want to be involved.
Start small and work your way up. The sphincters need to get used to opening for inserted objects when the natural reflex is to close.

Probably best not to start with PipeDream's Mega Silicone Plug
PD4606-23. I think it was one of these that was being passed around at the Remix party last weekend (in its retail packaging) and it was a scary amount of silicone. I have played with, and enjoyed, some fairly large toys but I think it would take some serious anesthesia to get this in. |

I have a pair of imitation MEO stretching tunnel plugs in small and medium sizes. I would add that I remain sceptical if these work for me but it may be that my sessions are too short and infrequent.
The description on Steel Pleasures, where I ordered mine from, is as follows:
