Lube might help a bit. What would be best is to get her to go on top and control everything. She controls initial penetration, speed, depth and you lay there and enjoy it. Hopefully that way she won't feel any pain or discomfort and can go at her pace.
If she is still struggling she can get a training kit online to gradually try to stretch her. It may be worth her speaking to her GP about it too, there could be some help available for her from the NHS. |

I too have scarring plus skin that isn't very stretchy. This does make thicker cocks a bit uncomfortable and fisting a no no. My skin refuses to stretch and it burns around the scar tissue when it's stretched too much. Once it starts burning nothing helps at the time. We just have to stop. |

She should seek advice from her GP or whoever did the operation.
Plenty of lube, but more importantly is to take it really slowly. She could well be tending up in fear of it hurting, so it could take a few sessions of just trying a little, or maybe trying with a thinner vibrator initially.
