Why accept a friend invite but ignore messages sent?

Because they only accepted it to perv the private pics then delete you from friends.

That's what we do with random invites

So, the solution is to just be patient, they may just be keeping you in the 'maybe' pile for another time. There's tonnes of reasons why folk do the stuff they do on fab. Trying to second guess them will do your swede in. Forget about them until such time they either message you or delete you off their list. You'll be a lot less stressed.

We delete all friend requests from people that haven't spoken to us at all. The only reason people add as friends is to get access to your elusive hidden pictures. Its akin to me wandering up to a strangers door, knocking and barging in to look about

Nothing wrong ? Why ask to be a friend when you have never chatted. Only reason I can see is you want to perv at additional photos. I much prefer a message .....but that's just my little opinion.

Possibly because they are a new user like myself, or like many of us have to deal with "The dreaded pic collector"

There is plenty wrong with sending an unsolicited friend request, that is why the majority are ignored.

We struggle to find time for meets, so we often park people for a rainy day, even though we can't always think of anything to say in a message.

if you haven't chatted to the person then that is how your 'friendship' started. pretty obvious really and i don't get why you'd expect that to change.

hate how people think a word changes everything, it does not.
