Stand against a wall take a felt tip and scratch a mark on the wall at the furthermost most point on your head. Get a tape measure place it on the floor where you were standing and measure to the felt tip marker. A cock has been measured scientifically. |

Hello, you need a fabric tape measure one thats used for sewing. You aren't going to get a good measurement off a metal tape measure or a ruler really.
Measure it in ariel mode (looking down) make sure the measure starts on zero and run the measure along the top of the penis to the tip of the bell. Circumference should be pretty self explanatory. |

According to BS2006 appendicks 2345 here are the requirements
1: Grasp Penis firmly and pull up and down. Start off with 2 fingers and then gradually increase to grip size 4 and 5/8ths if you are lucky.
2: When penis is fully erect start at base of cock where it adjoins just below tummy, measure using a Steel rule to the tip of your cock. Use snake eyes to make sure you get right to the end. If you are lucky you will make a good 6 inches. Less than that you will feel slightly cheated but don't worry there is a majority of men like you.
To gain extra length seek help from your partner or some one else and with a bit of luck and a good stiffy you can get an extra millimetre or 2, well that's what I've found anyway.
