Verifications not working ..

Had a few meets this week but for some reason our verifications are not coming in or out ?? Any help would be appreciated xxx

We're you using the same internet connection at the time? I've read it won't work if you do.

Have you shared an internet connection with any of them? This can stop you leaving a veri. Also if either you or they are outside each others filters it can cause a problem

Thanks guys yes they linked up to our wifi as they regularly come over. Ateast we know kW now thanks guys xxx
