I know people probably post about this all the time but is there anyway to work out who they are ??? It's such a waste of time and can be quite disturbing |

Thing is if everybody filters out noobs, how do noobs find meets and therefore stop being noobs? I'm not having a go, just confused. |

So if I said I'm not doing that (which I wouldn't) I'm classed as fake?. I prefer to use common sense rather than getting people to jump through hoops. |

It takes 2 minutes to get photo verified. Assume anyone who has been on longer than a couple of days who isn't photo verified to be dodgy. Guilty until proven innocent haha |

Set mail filters to block newbies, those that aren't verified and those without public pics. Straight away you will have an easier, time as anyone who is just creating a profile to get a quick "meet expectation wank" won't bother with one or all of those things.
If a profile has been on for more than a couple of months without a verification by meeting then they are unlikely to be serious abut taking the first step and will probably bottle out. Getting verified by a social or club meet is relatively easy to do if you're serious, even for single males.
How do your mail chats progress? If they steer the conversation quickly along the lines of "what will you wear?/what will we do?" Then they're just getting off on the expectation again and probably won't follow it up.
But the important thing to remember is, even if you employ all these tactics and follow your gut instinct about a dodgy profiles, occasionally one will always get through. Treat it as an occupational hazard and accept it. |

I have come across two so far. As is the ballence of gender power on FAB I would always be suspicious of a female who contacts first (from a male perspective). But I am still fairly new and don't really get why people put on fake profiles? Surely they are wasting their time as much as your? Does anyone ever meet theses fakes? Why do they do it? |

We're clearly dodgy then! We don't really pay any attention to photo verifications, all that tells you is a person or people of the same gender as the profile are involved with that profile. |
