For quality and an excellently usable variety, I can strongly recommend that you do an online search for Jack's Floggers!
A little bit expensive, but lovely to use (from either side!)
Definitely not the cheap, disappointing stuff that you get from a lot of the regular sex aid sites...

i agree, Jacks Flogger, are good quality, very nice to look at and have a huge choice of handles and materials, we have a few in our collection.
