Are there any clubs or groups in the Leicester area that are relaxing and refined? I don't want to mix with obnoxious and loud people and prefer something peaceful and sensuous.

mabe a daytime visit to a club would be better suited to you requirements hun as they tend to be quieter and people are less likely to be drinking n and in the big night out party mood
cupids is very relaxed and chilled during the daytimes so it could be the same in your local area  |

Day times are probably better for you then.
There are a whole range of people between the two extremes you mention though and I wonder if you might find any club atmosphere difficult. |

Nature of the beast unfortunately. You can't dictate how other's should act and while you say loud and obnoxious.
Some may say fun and exciting.
All depends on personal preferences.
However
We would love to find a club with a more erotic, relaxed atmosphere.
With maybe cultural theme, rather than black painted floors and faux leather sofas.
Scatter cushions, draped curtains etc..
But guess most clubs will do what the majority wish for.
Pointless investing in a club if no one attends.

You so need to learn that it is impossible to put forward a (seemingly) negative connotation about anything even something undefined and not relating to any particular individuals on this forum without someone having a dig.
These forums are used for people to validate their own superiority without any actual understanding of the subject matter.

Sounds like a niche night in a club that you could potentially host yourself OP?
Libs as stated would make a good venue and they happily let people try out new ideas in the venue by the look of some of the nights over the years. |
