To be fairly easy to get to from you then you need to look at the Birmingham Fet scene, especially Xtasia that runs at least one fetish event most weeks and has wonderful dungeon facilities (plus hot tub)

Used to go to Club Lash in Mcr when I lived there - decent night out but no hot tub unless they upgraded since my last sojourn!
