Apart from my wife, I've had little interest in the ladies for ages. I've had quite a lot of message from women recently and it seems to be having an effect. I'm finding myself more and more interested in some female fun.
Not sure if that would be penetrive though. I'm just thinking kissing, cuddling, stroking, using my mouth.

I think that sometimes it's as much wanting something a bit different.
I normally want equal amounts of men and women... but have been wanting men more recently.
Just go with the flow. I think it's probably normal for sexuality to vary is you aren't straight... in some cases even if you are

And why not? Instead of "us bi people who have the confusion" how about, us bi people who have the luck to enjoy a much more varied sexual and emotional life?
I know what I want ... it's people who I can enjoy sex and intimacy with regardless of their gender.

Personally I think sexuality is fluid.
There was a study that said a lot of men start to get curious about other men the older they get. Especially from 45 onwards when their wives may be going through the menopause and sex is infrequent.
I think it's quite natural for sexuality to ebb & flow. Mine always has.
