Decent but inexpensive photographers
Jump to: Newest in thread
Hi, does anyone know any sites where we could find a decent but inexpensive photographer.
We've looked on gumtree but nothing useful came up.
We don't want a wedding photographer, rather someone who can't be shocked!
We don't want Johnny the Perv turning up with his cheap Technika compact to take pics and think he'll get to play.
Any suggestions or phone numbers appreciated. |

I'm a pro photographer - I'll shoot you for free (well I may insist on a cup of coffee and a mcvitie).
if you pm me I'll give more info as I'm blocked from messaging you.

Hi, Thanks for the offer but we're really looking for someone a bit close.
Obviously if we can't find anyone, we'll be in touch

Hopefully people will be sensible enough not to put numbers on the forums, so if you want people to mail you them you might need to check your filters can take mail as people can be banned if they ask you to unblock on the forums .

I think you'll find there are members who are pro, or semi-pro, photographers in most parts of the country, willing to do your photos for free+coffee+biccies. It's a pity there's not a free text search for "photographer". |

Would be best if you could find someone from on here who is a good photographer and can do it for free
I suppose it also comes down to what type of photos you want doing? |

more importantly, what lenses do you have? I recently bought a 35mm F1.8. produces stunning results and has excellent bokeh |

I have created and run a fairly new respectable company which has photography and filming branch, which has 5 professional photographers as well as 2 make up artists for on location shots, as well as studio. If any details required feel free to ask. however best advice is to request someone of the site to do it! As save you money and enflames anothers passion |

Bet if you were looking for an electrician half of these photographers would actually be electricians you can take some good quality photos. Get high natural lighting or studio fluorescent lights take 50 pics then you will get a few good ones . Also photographers best friend is not the camera quality but how good they are at small touches in editing/brushing them in PhotoShop , there are some nice guides on youtube |

I wouldn't be surprised if there are loads of Fab members with decent camera hardware and quality optics - who would jump at such an opportunity.
When I've taken photos for friends and acquaintances - the thought of joining in was far from my mind. When post-processing etc - that's when I really had my hard-ons... |
