Old photos on profiles

Why do people who have been on here for a while not up-date their profile photos? I have had a few guys message me and on looking at their profile pics, realised that they are sooo out of date (I have seen 2001 but today was 2008). I have written back and asked for a more up-to-date photo and been told that 'I haven't changed all that much'! Seriously?! I met one guy who had a great photo, looked really good in it, but when he arrived at the meet he was 20 years older and 10 stone heavier than his photo. We met in a hotel car park (should have been inside, but he asked if we could meet outside) and he had trouble fitting into the front seat of my car. (no, it isn't a mini!) Also noticed that one or two guys who I met some years ago are still on here, (but who have left and rejoined, are still using the same photo I first saw 8 +years ago but re-uploaded to show 2015/16. (One in particular seems to be Benjamin Button, he's got even younger!)
OK, so come one, those of you who have photos that are more than a few years old, please explain why you won't up-load more recent ones! |

I don't want to sound like a bitch but that's a bit rich coming from someone who has no public photos whatsoever. I realise I don't either but I don't pick at other peoples |

I have private photos, and happy to send them to people who message me and we get chatting. This is from people who message me and send me old photos, at least the ones I have that I attach and send are from within the last couple of weeks. |

OP. How about having a picture on your profile. (ok so private pics but we don't know that)
(I do understand exactly what you mean though, some will not add new pictures as they have changed somewhat) |

A certain couple in the SW keep reloading the same old pics time after time....and all their "sheep" keep fabbing them to get into the most fabbed....just because a photo has an upto date time stamp don't mean its a "fresh" photo! |

I have a few older pictures on my profile from when I first joined but then I also have some regular updated ones as well, as I hate the 'I think you look fantastic' messages I receive, I always point out my flaws, I'm still the same weight and size as 7 years ago, just a bit softer so I don't really think I am duping anyone  |

This exactly illustrates my point, old photos are pointless. You may get people to agree to meet, but then there is the disappointment when you realise that they look nothing like the pic they sent. Do people expect you to shrug and say 'oh well, I'm here now' and play anyway? |

That's fine, a lot of people have a photo gallery that ages with them, I get that. But why send out a photo that is blatently much older than you are? I am not the same as I was 10 years ago. |

we didn't realise this happened until we met people at Clubs and were told they were surprised we actually looked like our photo's! we can be a bit naive sometimes, but if photo's don't match at Clubs we just move on. we wouldn't meet outside of a Club purely based on a photo. it is much easier to be honest and avoid the obvious being found out...  |

When meeting people online I believe in giving them a number curve.. For age it's 5 years , for weight is 20 pounds..
So if you said you were 40 and 140 pds before we met , and show up and look 45 and 160 pounds you're cool and will get some loving...
If you show up and you are 50 and 200 pds you're a fraud and no loving for you..
I hope some women give a number curve for cock size and height |

no-one looks the same as they did a year ago, they're using pics that make them look better tan they really do, i reckon loads of people do this because they feel unattractive in their actual state, which is sad coz there's loads of variety out there and people like all kinds of looks.
even something as small as a haircut can change appearence, weight loss/ gain, loads of things make oyu look different.
some people might enjoy misleading others as well, which is weird. |

I try to keep my photos current but I don't often take photos of myself. My feet haven't changed much but my face has,so I keep my face pics up to date. My boob pic was taken this year,but I can't remember exactly when. |

If I was allowed to publish the profile on here that had the pics dated 2001, I would do just to prove my point. And this site has been here that long, even if it was under a different name. |

I have hidden it for personal reasons, which are nothing to do with this and that isn't the issue, the issue is old photos, why send them with messages? |
