"Is there any method of improving sex drive? This is for female? "
One of the most common reasons for lack of libido in women is anaemia due to iron loss during her period.
This may also explain why many women have an increase in libido after the menopause
It is a common problem with many possible causes and it may be as well to visit the doctor to check if there are other possible reasons in your case. |

It depends on the reason for low sex drive. Is it really low or just different to your partner, is it due to illness, medication, resentment, depression, breast feeding, menopause? |

We have very healthy life, for example if I Dizy enjoy having sex all the time, however with lily is different if she don't have a sex for long time won't bother her. |

Can't help you there, it's a matter for good communication between the two of you. |

So what you're really saying is it's not a loss of sex drive for the female, but wanting hers to match the male's.
Might try discussing dispensing with the soft play aspect and let him shag others, with or without the female half of the partnership present.
That way he's satisfied and she's not under pressure to perform when she doesn't really feel like it. |

Good sex tends to make you hornier, so make the effort when your feeling it and hopefully the drive will grow. Also think about times of day and routine, for example I'm often not that horny at bed time as I'm ready to sleep. Maybe r mornings or earlier on the evening will work better (tough if you have kids though) |

Sex everyday is not the average if we are talking about normal sex drives.
We have different sex drives to but if you understand that one of you is in effect oversexed. Then that can take some of the pressure to perform away. |

Many women say that the more they have sex, the more horny they generally feel.
I would say (as someone above said) take the pressure off and just enjoy cuddles and kissing, caressing and some undisturbed couple time lying naked and just enjoying each other. If things develop, then great, if not, then no biggie. Put some time aside every day away from the stresses of everyday to just enjoy each other. This may make you feel more relaxed and taking this time out may make you feel more sexy and horny. Once you start having sex more often, it releases Oxytocin and Endorphins. These hormones are quite addictive and you will eventually start 'needing' the feeling you get from the hormones and therefore want sex more.
Women, as we all know are complex and we can't just switch our sex drive on; it takes time. The loss of libido can be down to many factors, but the most common reason is stress. Reduce this and take time out for each other and hopefully over time, you will find that your libido slowly returns.
Hope this helps

Eat healthily, exercise regularly and sleep properly. Get out and socialize and masturbate a lot! |
