I've seen "420 Friendly" on a few profiles but have no idea what it means.

It means they are happy to smoke cannabis with you etc etc often in their house or possibly during roleplay. It is respectable thay they do this instead of you turning up and them pulling out a huge joint while ub40 is playing in the background (yes I am young but I know my 80s music)
