You can book directly or via one of the travel operators. We went Boxing day 2008 to New Year in 2009 when it was an American Lifestyle group there. They are the swingers group and so there were plenty of people looking for fun! 
Being the first time we paid to go Beach side/Nude side. ie the most expensive. 
We learnt that a lot of the 'regulars' went Garden side/Prude side and walked 100 metres passed the sign before removing their sarong...
They saved several hundred dollars doing that. They also had less trouble with the sound of revellers at night and so could sleep better.
We had a fantastic time. They loved our accent and loved being with us....

you can book it on line.
not stayed at the the 1 in negril Jamaica but did visit for a drink whilst there.
the cpl I met on the beach spoke highly of it. |

Yes I have been there twice both times their has been a good number of single ladies.
If you check the website they will have group dates on there.
The 1st time I went their was a single milf/cougar group there which made for a lot of fun lol
