I try to read all peoples profiles and their wants and try to incorporate it all in my messages. Is this what people want or do they want something different |

A "hook" always helps - make sure your message is unique (either funny or flattering). Also give yourself a unique selling point; give them a reason to invest their time in replying.
Most of all, never-ever-ever cut'n'paste a message; it stands out a mile off.
