Hi well I would start off with something small like a butt plug but make sure you always use lot's of lube to make entry a lot easier. Once you have mastered that then go for a bit bigger and so on. But do make sure you use plenty of lube it will make you less sore hope this helps. |

Also I have known couples to try it on a doggy style position immediately, though I wouldn't recommend this.

You could also try just some varying pressure on your butt hole with the tip of a lubed slender vibe. Have you tried using poppers? This is really good for relaxing and also getting you a little more horny!
I have personal experience of using poppers and it works a treat and a lot of my gay friends like to use it too for relaxing the anal sphincter.
Start a finger and then 2 fingers. Ask you GF to rotate her 2 fingers slowly and enjoy the feeling. The general guide to anal is that it shouldn't hurt at all.
Your bum does get used to things going 'the wrong way' over time and it becomes easier to take things the more you do it.
It hurts when you try to push things in when your bum isn't ready for you to. Clearly lube helps a lot but it doesn't relax your sphincter.
There are creams, lubes and sprays that can encourage it to relax. I'd warn you away from things that numb you as it's easy to damage yourself if you can't feel the pain you should be feeling.
Lube up the thing you want to take and lube your bum. Press it gently into the opening. Position can help; knees draw up on your side perhaps.
Press it into the opening try to push your bum to meet it. If it starts to hurt back it up a bit and hold it there.
I sort of fuck myself with a toy shallowly and as I start to enjoy it I push it in a bit further.
Once you're used to taking things in its actually quite easy to progress to bigger things. Taking something thicker than your biggest poo requires more effort and time to stretch yourself  |

Hi if you do use the Ann Summers booty relax or any other relax products do be careful with what toys you use it with, as it can react with silicone based toys. So if you want your toys to last longer and not get damaged then make sure you read the instructions with any toys you have or may get. Just a thought as we used the Ann Summers booty relax and couldn't use it one of my toys. |

Anal beads, start off small and get bigger. We also have but plugs that we have used which help since they come in small sizes.

The Bondara one doesn't say anything about not using it with toys. We've used it with her new butt plug with no problems. |
