Cardio is the key. I find running helps.

Have given up coffee this week, so hoping at some point, i shall be sleeping better, in which case watch out

Just realised that has nothing to do with the original thread.

Lifestyle changes help increase stamina. Walk instead of the bus. Run up stairs instead of walk. Generally being brisk about everything I do gives me enough stamina.
