I'm beginning to feel quite despondent on here when it comes to meets, two arranged socials where it came to the day and didn't happen, although one did have the decency to apologise, the other just deleted my final message to them without any reply.....another who blocked me because I was talking with other women?
Any advice from any of you fab people. |

The general concenus on this site is to go to an organised event and get verified in person which will stop the more serious swingers from automatically deleting your message. |

We hate it. We clear a space in our diary, arrange babysitting, say no to other things, and then we're cancelled at the last minute because something comes up. Then it's too late to arrange something else and its wasted babysitting. We have a life just as much as everybody else, but nothing ever 'comes up' with us, because we organise our diary properly, hense we find it very hard to understand when people don't honour a meet. Fortunately we've been doing this for a while now, and have made enough friends who we can trust not to mess us about, so it doesn't happen to us any more. |

Very rare we do private meets with people we haven't met previously now for that exact reason.
We are actually in the process of trying to arrange one saying that. Still not sure if it will happen or not lol.
We tend to go to clubs now and other organised events. Then if we do have private meets it's with people we have met there. It's not fool proof but it helps a lot.
It's not you, unfortunately it is the way of the Internet. To easy to cut someone off with no explanation and no comeback. |

We've hardly ever had any drop outs from private meets, saying that on the odd occasion it's happened we just go to a club with about 8 clubs within 90 mins, it's not an issue, so always have a back up plan x |

Where I do understand that sometimes cancellations might happen I would appreciate it if the person had the decency to tell me especially as I have to make plans a good few weeks in advance. |
