Hi. Ok straight to the point.I am going to seek medical advice but.. wants some opinions.
I've recently got into fisting and today wihin seconds I've bled (heavily). I don't get periods, so what could i have damaged?!  |

A guy once caught me with a nail and caused me to bleed heavily. It was pretty damned painful to as it's a very sensitive area.
I've no idea if that's what happened to you but monitor it. If it doesn't stop seek help. Don't be embarrassed. |

I think google should automatically disable when I'm signed into fab. Who knew that fisting women while they are on their periods was a fetish? 
Anyway, my doctorate from the University of Google has given me the authority to say that you may have cut your vaginal wall with a nail or overstretching. It will likely heal on its own but if the bleeding remains heavy, see a doctor.
Now excuse me while I clear the browsing history on my husbands phone before he thinks I have more kinks than he knows about already  |

Oh! all these medical terms are making me more worried lol. Which is why I didn't Google it, because I'm sure by the end of the day id have cervical cancer and be dying lol  .
He didn't have sharp nails ( can't stand them lol). |

You're doing the right thing by going to a doctor, if only to out your mind at rest. It's unlikely you've done any real damage, as the area is designed for giving birth. The vagina walls are full of blood vessels, quite close to the skin for sensitivity; you've probably torn the skin a bit. That area heals quite quickly, but you better abstain for a couple of weeks at least.  |

It's best to get checked out by your GP.
I got checked out by my GP when i suffered extensive bruising after being fisted (the only time i ever let anyone do it) |

I'm not sure I really understand why people rush to their GP every time they have a minor worry (not saying this applies to the OP).
I tend to think "what could have happened" and then "what can he even do about it?".
I'll almost always wait 48 hours to see what happens. You can always go if you start getting a fever or other more serious signs, but at least he'd have some symptoms to go on at that point.

The vaginal wall is really vascular and there's obviously more blood pumping to that area when you're aroused, so a tiny cut can cause you to bleed a lot!!! I wouldn't go doing anything with it and I wouldn't use a tampon either. Just wear a pad and see how it goes. If the bleeding stays persistently heavy through the day, then see your GP, but I think it will just go off on it's own.
Using a glove isn't ideal in future but it would avoid it happening again.

Hmm...if you had to replace a tampon that soon, it's pretty heavy. If it's still dripping, get that checked. You should have clotted by now with a small cut, it might be something deeper. Wear a pad so you can see what you are losing and if you go to the doctor, take your used pads with you. Sounds gross I know! X |

They have seen it all before, ask to see a female nurse or doctor if a little embarassed.
Best to be safe than sorry.

Let's just say, I'm at home recovering from losing 3.5 pints of blood due to a haemorrhage last week. 20 tablets a day.
Different circumstances but I waited 3 hours til my Dr's opened to end up having to call 999.

The NHS has the 111 service for non-emergency stuff like this, and AFAIK if anything is bleeding for more than 20 minutes you're meant to seek help. Call them. |

Sounds like a popped blood vessel, bleeds like a bugger for a while, don't insert anything as that will stop it healing over. Put your feet up and take it easy to lower your blood pressure.

Depends how for what you could have damaged and where. Did they remove jewellery? Did they have short neat finger nails? Did they make a fist or keep their fingers straight? Could be as simple as a nick with a nail or a cut with a ring.
For heavy bleeding try drop in centre as others have recommended but before doing it again find out how they fisted you, they may not have the right technique.

To be honest, I've only ever fully been fisted once (fully) before as he had small hands. This guy only got his fingers in, but I prob wasn't turned on and lubed up enough!. I told him to stop, before I saw the blood.
I went to drop in and he said as there wasn't much blood I would be ok and made me an appt with female doc: specialised more, in the morning. X |

Good news. Not sure what she would do to be honest now if the bleeding has stopped. I'd say you will be a bit tender for a day or so and have a weird discharge on and off but that's it. If you notice your discharge going green ish and or really offensive, then defo go to the doc as the wound may have gotten infected, but I doubt it as long as you don't go stuffing things up there for a good few days. No need to wash anymore than usual as your foo is really good at self cleaning xx |

I've had something similar after being fisted , the blood was running down my legs , although I wasn't in pain.
I just lay down on the bed and it stopped after a couple of hours , although I did lose a huge blood clot (SORRY ) when I went to the loo . My advice to you would be to wait a few weeks before having sex again to allow yourself to heal. I had small bleeds for a few weeks after the incident because I didn't wait . |

Mrs n hates it when guys or women for that matter try this on her. I have to watch out for her because some people get a bit too vigorous in their desperation to get her to squirt again and again. After a bit a woman's inside gets a bit desensitised and that's when the damage can be done. So guys ease up on the vigorous prodding and fingering please. |

In normal circumstances I'd generally say wait 24/48 hours, but if it's a constant bleed, you seriously need to get it checked I'd say.
A constant loss of blood really isn't good and I'm sure if you checked any NHS website or googled constant bleeding (outside a period), it would say the same. Death by fisting is probably not the way you'd want to go my love.
I'm sure your body will start to tell you this. Aren't you feeling weaker, feint?
I know a lot of people can be hypochondriac and jump to the GP at the first sign of a sneeze. But with blood loss, I think you're better to air on the side of caution.
And maybe towels are better than tampons at the moment?
