If you managed to rip mine out, your vagina would have to be an industrial clamp lol.
I currently have a 5mm PA bar as it's easy to remove and gets in the way less during oral.
The only issue I have had was at uni getting a horse shoe type ring caught in my ex's multiple labia rings. We couldn't untangle ourselves and had to yell for her housemate to help.

I know a guy who did his own Prince Albert. I've never really forgiven him for showing me the aftermath. It looked like it had been bombed. Utter carnage. If a gang of thugs had smashed it with hammers,it would have looked better. |

With two earrings, a scaffold, nipple and lip piercing, I think I like them. :P I had my tongue pierced for a year, then decided to take it out, and it healed with no problem. I had a nose,piercing forma while too, but sadly it fell out and healed over. Miss that sucker.. |

I like men with pierced nipples, and my hubby has his nipples pierced. I like to feel the metal in my mouth. I would love to fuck a guy with a PA. Not fond of any other type of piercings on men, and I only like piercings for sexual purposes. |

I could never have a Penile piercing.
I've only got tongue and nipple left. Used to have ear and eyebrow, but removed them some years ago.
The tongue is quite popular. Especially if you're using one of those novelty vibrating tongue bars.  |

If you get the right one, they have a standard 1.6mm thread, so you can actually screw them on to almost any piercing.
My lip (for the vibe attachement) has been popular in 69, also attached it one of my Wang piercings too wasn't that comfortable but I think with a princes wand it could work.

Love piercings, on me (Mrs b) or on others, had one ear stretched a small size, doesn't bother me.
Love it!!
Not seen a guy/girl with down below pierced so I'm not sure how it would effect me, maybe one day someone will let me take a good look |

I find all sorts of body modification really interesting - though that's not to say I like everything I see ... decent, well placed and imaginative tattoos *and* piercings together can look gorgeous, but if either are badly done they can just as equally be off putting. Have never seen a male genital piercing close up in real life so can't comment specifically on that  ... though the prospect of my piercing(s) getting tangled up with theirs does scare me ... |

Surgical grade stainless won't set them off."

Piercing jewellery doesn't set security off at airports. It can be seen on the modern scanners in America I believe, but it's not a reason for them to stop and search you. |

G's had a PA for many years. Looks good at the nudist campsites and beaches we visit. It's a screw-in ball ring so can be removed when swinging with women who don't like metal, but those who try it are usually not disappointed. |

I personally think blokes look daft with them and the wife hates guys with them..

We both have them, I have nose and nipple. She has nipple, belly button, top and bottom and the tragus and rook part of her ear.
Not over keen on massively stretched ear lobes tho. |

PA that I've stretched to 5mm that I can wear my ring or bar
2 Lorum or some call it the ladder
3 hafda
And an ampalang that counts as 2 piercings
The ampalang was very painful but it's pretty rare and raises quite a few questions 
E loves them but in the past I've had girls run a mile and some very intrigued but I've never had any complaints |

I was told one afternoon that I had a task to complete..... I was told to wear stockings suspenders and panties under my clothes and to go to an address.... Turned out to be a piercing salon.... My next instruction was to go in and have both my nipples pierced. I love them and moreso because mistress instructed me to go! |

I have a 4mm P.A. peircing.
Wife says sometimes its great and sometimes she will ask me to remove it. I guess it all comes down to the mood in the moment.
I have had it for years now and never had any trouble with PIV sex or condoms breaking.
It only takes a second to insert or remove so it really doesnt bother me if a potential partner would prefer me to remove it.
One poster asked for advice because he was thinking of having one so here it is, Maintain good hygene it will hurt lol (despite many claiming it won't) and whilst some poeple heal very quickly other can take a a good while so need to bear that in mind. |

They initially pierce it as 2.5mm and some numbing spray, mine didn't hurt that much but it can bleed a bit. Looking after it whilst healing is extremely important and a few weeks of no sex
After I healed I used the ring to stretch it out and I'm now 5mm and mostly wear a banana bar that's very comfortable or I can put a ring in and that can extremely pleasurable |

I had forgotten about about my banana bar. I actually dont recommend them them at all especially if you want to keep it in during sex.
I found that bar could slide downthrough the per hole in you penis in and pop out. Good a laugh not great for sex and very uncomfortable. |
