if the lease extension is based on you turning a trick I'd say go for it, have a friend record it and then blackmail the shite out of this scum (that's assuming he has a wife and kids) if not you're pretty much fucked either way  |

If you're thinking about it - then you must have some inclination that he would consider it..........and in that case.....somehow it's open to abuse...who's to say you won't use it against him in the future - or he will totally deny it after the event.
If he's approached you with the option or the 'threat' - then he's already abused you.
Either way I would say no............Find a new place to live. |

Completely agreed with'Melons' You dont know what eles he may 'suggest' for you to do to stay in his good graces. what if he suddenly turns up with a stranger that he wants you to 'entertain'? If there is a genuine friendship there then rely on that not blackmail or leverage |

We are short important details here but on face value I dont think this is a good thing to run with unless you're really in a bind *and* you have past evidence the landlord has any sense of fairness. If nope to either, suggest you look for a small house share instead on sparerooms.com or similar.
