What baffles me is the amount of women who you speak to on here who act like your not in their league when they are quite sub-standard....then they see you in action at a house party and are like 'are you on fab, what's your username?' The amount of them who I reply 'oh I messaged you once and you ignored me' is a fair number.

How do they even want me to respond to that?
I reply to maybe three messages a day or speak to people that I know from the club scene. I basically switch off to all the other messages. If you saw a female inbox you'd be shocked at the messages we can receive. I've shown male friends and their responses have been... No wonder women don't reply to men.
It's not about having an over inflated opinion of yourself, for me it's about switching off to the bullshit. Even when you try and be nice and say 'no thanks' it backfires and they want justification for your response or they send a load of abuse back.
However, in a club, I'm there to socialise. |

Height or cock size? I'm guessing height as you are coming across with the stero typical small man syndrome. I have been with men that have only been marginally taller than me to men who have been 6'5 plus. To me there needs to be a mental and physical attraction and location is key for me so if a small man and a tall man contacted me from the same place and it's outside of my preferred area then both would have a thanks but no thanks and would not be based just on height. It's all down to personal preference and it's no good telling 'ladies' to relax and try small men if they prefer tall men just going to get people's backs up and that's not going to help your case is it? |

I am of the opinion that many men here need to chill and figure out that the world does not, after all, revolve around them.
I do not expect everyone (or anyone, for that matter) to go rushing after me, and I'm quite shocked, to say the least, at the number of men who think I should chase (or follow) them up and down simply because I happen to be a woman on this site.
We women are here for our own agendas, happen to have our own likes and dislikes, and, horror or all horrors, just like men, meet when and where we choose.

OP: Try not to concentrate on the things about you that you cannot change, but improve the things you can. I may be short, bald and have dodgy teeth, but I still managed to pull a cracker. (I learnt to concentrate on women with incredibly poor eyesight )

I've met shorter men than me. It's not something I would do but they seemed nice guys. Im not saying you are the same but they turned out not to be nice. I can't tell much from your profile but maybe if you rewrote it and had some smiling pics, ladies might ignore your height issues |

I think because guys heavily outweigh girls here so some of them buy into themselves and rate themselves too highly.
You have your own opinions and frustrations, fair enough, but.....

I think that it's very difficult to convey who or what you have to offer thru a few pics, and 150 or so words.
I frequently do better in person than online. I meet people from Fab(and other sites) that I have written and gotten no response...but in person they show interest.
I think this is partly because my online delivery stinks. It's also (I think) because in the comfort of their armchair, the ladies may be asking for a different standard, then they are interested in the club(not necessarily a bad thing).
And there's probably a dozen other differences in the 2 situations.
My point is..don't take it personal. Don't question it, if the meet you in the club, just go with it. Eventually they may realize on their own, and point it out themselves. |

I'm a pretty short guy and my good lady is tall. Never had 'short man syndrome', nor have I ever wanted justification as to why a woman likes me or not. Even mentioning it would suggest being a victim of it, even if that's not the case in reality. Having it as a selling point does no-one any favours. It is true to say that some women would rule us shorter guys out purely based on height on here, but may think otherwise if meeting in person in a club etc. when meeting a personality instead of an advert - BUT getting a 'no' on Fab shouldn't be taken personally, it's no more than personal preference, nor is it offensive if the lady doesn't even know you. Just focus on a positive personal attitude and the interest that come's from not coming across as, or being misconstrued as bitter. It's never a seller. Smile, be confident in your positive traits and always make them laugh!  |

There's nothing wrong with people over rating themselves, if youre getting 10's of messages a day from fit guys, a woman couldn't be blamed for thinking that she's super hot; but generally, we only need to look at their pictures to know the truth.
Personally, I think it's great that this site puts normal, average woman on a pederstal, we all need an ego boost from time to time. |

I'm not sexually attracted to shorter men, I don't feel the need to meet anyone I'm not sexually attracted to. Not all men are looking fir larger ladies like me,I'm not bothered by that,it's their personal choice.I'm certainly not going to contact them anyway hoping that they'll make exceptions for me (and the other thousand who ask) or moan about on the forums.
