looking annoyance

Just a personal thing but quite a few couples and some single ladies look at my profile which is nice but when I look back so I can say thank you they have settings which ban single males from contacting them.
I always but always check to see if I can contact people and if it says NO on their profile then I don't bother trying. It's just frustrating that I may go ahead and fab their pics but not even a wink to say thanks. |

Just remember if you post regularly on the forum some people like to put a face to a name, it doesn't necessarily mean they are looking to meet or anything.
No point gettig worked up about it, this site is about fun at the end of the day  |

they have men blocked because they don't want men messaging them. if they were interested they'd message you.
at least they looked at your profile so you know from search they found you interesting.
i don't even look at looked at me unless a topic goes on about it and wants to know something about it (like how many shadow avatars in a row or something like that). i don't care who looked. |

Why would you mail them to say thanks for looking?
If they were interested in making contact/meeting you then they would have winked or mailed you. If they didn't I would take it to mean that you are not what they are looking for and leave them to it.
This is the main reason I use stealth mode, stops the 'hope you liked what you saw' messages. If I had liked what I saw I would have said so  |

Why is looking at your profile something you should thank someone for? They weren't interested.
One of the reasons women/couples block men from messaging them is that they don't want pointless messages from people they aren't interested in. |

I can't even check who has looked at my profile, but even if I could I wouldn't message someone to say thanks for looking at my profile, if they wanted to speak to me they would. |

Please don't contact people to say "thanks for looking". If they looked and didn't get in touch with you, then they're not interested.
This is why I view in 'stealth' mode, and I never even look at my Looked At Me list. |

'hope you liked what you saw / here's some extra pics to look at...' is why we go stealth and block messages from males.
When that doesn't deter them then fabbing every public pic (aside from those of rob) is their next course of action. Like banging on the glass at the zoo. I see you - you see me. Move along please  |

Would you expect every website you view to privatly email you and gushingly thank you for looking at thier website? Us women get countless messages a day n mostly they just get deleted because the person has sent a ridiculously silly message. Just stick with messaging women you like the look of op and people who message you in the first place. X |

As a newbie to fab I was so glad I found out pretty quickly how to view in stealth mode.
Almost every time I viewed a profile is get messages along the lines of "thanks for looking so when do you wanna meet?" I'd usually respond with a "I don't that's why I didn't message you" response, to which I regularly got a "well you shouldn't have looked if you were interested!" Type reply. How the hell would I know I wasn't interested without looking first??? |

Stealth mode everytime for us too, as invariably we also get the "thanks for looking" messages . Also annoying is the fact my phone is so sensitive I "browse" people's profiles by accident a lot so in most cases I wasn't even perving on them and still got the "thanks for looking" message , it was apples fault you got a view not me !!!! |

Op are you aware people have to open your profile to actually see anything about you. Why would you thank someone who obviously isnt interested.
Since midnight ive had 63 views on my profile but only 8 messages am i supposed to message the other 55 and thank them? And what would i be thanking them for not being interested in my profile? |
