Hi Admin my email account hs still not been verified even though i have resent notification on numerous occasions for this to be done, i have gone from being a couple to single status, i hope that this can be rectified as soon as possible as i still have not heard back from previous message over week ago.

Are you talking about face picture verification?
As to the couples issue, your verifications are all as a couple, maybe set up a singles one and leave the present one as a couples one |
