I wouldn't do it in a club 1st time anal needs time you don't just slip it and and your there, there are pain barriers to get through take it from someone who knows.

My tips -
build up to it, so that your horniness is at a peak.
breathing is important - lots of deep breathing will keep your body oxygenated, and flexible
Lube - find a type that you like, as they have different consistencies. And use as much as possible: on yourself as well as your partner.

HI All .went to club yesterday and met hin .Thanks yo you people i told him i was unsure about doing it in the club .I was surprised when he said no prob ,come to my place tonight .just played in club.
