Couldn't maintain erection

Hi everyone hope you're all well. I've been on the scene awhile now and loved every minute of it. But the other night I was playing with a smoking hot woman with a guy watching.
I struggled to get an erection to start with the after some intercourse I went down on her and lost my erection and was unable to get it back. I have never had this problem before.
Side note it was in a room next to sauna so was crazy hot any now it has happened I'm to worried to go back to the club incase it happens again, has this happened to anyone else and any advice will be greatly appreciated. |

It happens to everyone at some time:
Almost always a one- off; there are all sorts of reasons: ( tired, hot, stressed, etc etc)
Don't obsess about it;
If you do, it can turn into something .
Forget about it and all will be well. |

Oh, and DONT go the Viagra route just for this; or you can become psycologically dependent.
Viagra is good if you really do need it, but don't go that route unless it becomes a real problem ( and on doctor's advice ) |

Yeah guys - for me quality always trumps quantity. One good short fuck tops hours of tedious pounding.

I went though a period of time where men would go soft on me and I got paranoid thinking I was a shit shag! I believe it happens quite often. Nerves mainly I think.

You're in no way alone! Everyone including me has gone through this. Performance anxiety isn't a fun thing but it does get better with experience. It's annoying as the more you think about it the worse it becomes and then you get in your own head about it all. My advice is play it cool. If it goes down then keep your play partner entertained in other ways! If you feel relaxed about it then it will go away and you won't have an issue. It took me about 8 months to get used to public play. Some people have it from the start and others struggle!

Yes. It happens to me. Normally on new circumstances such as first time having sex in a club with others watching. Try not to worry or it will become more physiological.
