Yes if it's leather it's a skirt

No that would be a leather skirt and a hand bag that is not on properly

no man in their right mind would wear a real authentic kilt to a sex club
They may get a skirt from eBay and wear it for a laugh

It's actuall only a kilt if it is a registered tartan and is 8 yards long with the patterns on the pleats matching the front it should be made of wool
It is then worn on the tummy button to a position above the knee
Anything els or worn in any other way is a skirt

Yes, though I javent got one personnaly quite a few of my mates have and wear them regularly at bike rally's. And yes, they wear them the traditional way with added cooling to thw gonads... |

Some definitions below from the Oxford Dictionary to assist everyone.
Personally I think most men look good in leather kilts. Would agree that they can look less good and a bit skirt-like when worn too long (below the knee).
I'm a big fan of the very short gladiator-style kilts. More hot men wearing those please.
