How do you guys manage the 'omg' is that really the person from the profile pics moment???
When on a social meet that is??
Happened to me recently and I want to turn and rum but I'm way too polite....so stayed for a drink! |

I think it's ok to stay for a drink, might as well while you've gone to effort of going out.
not had anyone not really look like their pics turn up for me, usually they aren't as tall as they said and yeah i don't go further. it's not being short that bothers me, it's the lie. |

I've been lucky on the whole with people being roughly as id imagined them both in looks and personality. Only 1 occasion where I had to make an exit after 1 drink. That's what socials are for! |

Yes that's why I always do a social.....he was a nice guy but I think he had told a porky bout his age lol.....hairy ears as well??Wtf? ? |
