First time at Kestrels tomorrow. Tips?

Hey folks!
I'm going to Kestrels for the first time tomorrow, for just a few hours in the afternoon.
If you've been before, what are some of the things you wish younger you knew before going?

Its a large venue so its easy to not realise who is there and whats going on. The pool/hot-tub/tea hut area is the social hub whereas the dungeon area is where much of the more open play occurs.
Take flipflops or similar, a robe and any snacks or drinks you might want other than tea/coffee and water which are available for free.

People play everywhere... pool, hottub, etc. All levels of privacy - from completely private cabins to full on show bedrooms.
Its funny, as often you'll have people chatting about normal life stuff with a couple at it hammer and tongs five feet away! Particularly true in summer, when many come just to sunbathe |

Nudity isn't compulsory. Wear what you feel comfortable in but it's quite laid back so most get used to being naked very quickly |

I tried to send you a private message but am outside your age range. The first time I went during the daytime, it was very quiet indeed, so much so that there was virtually no opportunity to play. It was also mainly blokes sitting around waiting for something (usually a woman arriving) to happen. When a woman did arrive, it was like bees round a honey pot. So, as a single woman, sadly outside my age range, expect to be shown some interest from some rather needy/keen men. And as it will be cold, you should definitely take a dressing gown and flip flops, as the pathway to the back rooms (dungeons and cabins) is wooden and you may get splinters. The pool is nice and hot though. Its a shame I can't come with you.  |

It isn't but it needs to be a robe like garment as opposed to clothes.
Tuesday is generally the quieter day & in this weather I imagine most will either be in the pool, hot tubs under cover area.
No naked sunbathing 2mrrw

We were down there just two weeks ago. Great club
Go in the pool, it feels wonderful. Bring your own drinks - they have refrigerators to put them in. I didn't have a robe and would go without it again, but if you do have one then bring it as some parts do get rather cold.
It seemed like a relaxed place with a good crowd. We went on a Saturday with a group of other people so we didn't socialize with others too much, but everyone seemed really friendly.

Condoms and lube. Normally have a small bag - like a small wash-kit bag.
At K's they can't hand out condoms - is a naturist spa...
You'll look weird trying not to be nude.
Is a naturist spa.
It'll only take you a few minutes to overcome that lifetime of programming - don't worry about it.
But you will feel weird for those minutes as you make yourself walk around "letting it all hang out".
For sure you will need a gown. Just wear it for warmth, but otherwise look natural. In the dungeon it's usually warm enough to be without a gown.

We go often and it is our favoured venue. We and a handful of hardy souls were there last Saturday. Yes it was cold and yes there were less people than at a medium sized gang bang but the pool was lovely and so was the mirror room. Friendly chat with people we knew and on the whole a good way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
Please keep us informed as to whether you enjoyed yourself or not, we would be surprised if you didn't.

So, I went, I came back, I didn't die of hypothermia. lol.
I had a really nice time!
I was only there for a couple hours, between work assignments, so it was really more to scope out the layout and facilities of the place, rather than to do anything really specific.
It was really quiet, I personally saw maybe a dozen people, at most? Which was nice, because I didn't have to talk to a lot of people, and could kick my social anxiety in my own time.
I met some lovely people! And the facilities are very cool! Can't wait to try them out more of an evening. 
And I heard it a lot, but I didn't really know what people meant when they say people "follow women about".
I do now. lol. |

HorniBitch and myself generally go Sunday afternoons for a jacuzzi dip and catch up with friends. We tend to take something to eat and drink in between, if either of us plays then it's a bonus.
Handy being so close, although would need to book a Wednesday off if midweek. Glad you liked it. |
