My advice is take a deep breath,
Get changed (wrap your towel round yourself!) and have a look around the place, get a feel for it. I usually head to the steam room or sauna first to steady my nerves and relax. Then take a trip to the play area. Usually it's other guys that show the interest and if you don't like the look of em just say no thanks- no drama about it all!
