Hi. I have been lucky enough to find a lovely lady is into anal play both giving and receiving. I have been asked to be make sure I am very clean before we play again and that I should use a douche. I have bought a douche to do a cleanse, but when I used normal tepid water I seem to get stomach pains the day after. Should I use soapy water instead? Does anyone have any advice? Any advice would be greatfully recieved. |

Warm but not hot water, no soap at all. When you feel like you are full up stop and go onto the toilet, you don't usually need to use the whole bulb of water, that can overfill you causing stomach pain. |

"I've only ever used one of those squeezy bulbs, and never had problems. I think you can shower connection to do the same job, but I can imagine they are much less easy to control"
I have shower connection and it's great. |

I bought a bulb but now just use the shower on jet setting. When it feels like you want to go- that's enough! |
