If we worried about std overly we wouldn't do this at all.. we just keep ourselves checked and assess each meet on its own merits.

Get the throat swabs every six weeks , and have done for almost 5 years .
Probably sucked more cock and licked more pussy and ass than I've had hot dinners , and not one std .

I don't think I would be on a swingers site if I worried about oral & std's.worry,anxiety,guilt etc contribute to low self worth,which in turn can make the possibility of std's more likely as it can affect the immune system.
I have considered unprotected oral as a form of safer sex,for some years now. |

Nice to see so many dentists in here...
I have diabetes, my immune system can be low. The bacteria transmitted during kissing that a normal person should be able to fight off doesn't always happen for me, i just had to up my dental habits with special mouth wash and it's sorted now. |

It's not something I "worry" about but I do take the risk seriously and when we are active on the scene we get tested 3 monthly as we refuse to use condoms and dental dams for oral sex. We do however practice safe sex for penetration.
I was a little worried one point last year when I got recurrent tonsillitis but I was assured at the clinic it was highly unlikely from oral sex and my swabs came back clear from STIs |
