I've only recently started to experiment with them. Quite like it actually. Yes, keeps me harder for longer, but again that's likely to be my partner too.
They limit the blood flow so i'm less inclined to wear it for protracted periods, basically a tourniquet.

I have tried a few. I didn't get on with ones made of stretchy materials like silicone at all. Once I found the right size I got on better with metal ones. In general I'm not convinced that they make me any slow to climax of cum harder but I'm defiantly more engorged when wearing one. I do feel I orgasm are more intense when I use the one linked to an anal ball but that's probably more to do with the 50mm diameter lump of steel rubbing against my prostate. |

Okay my two pennies... cock rings, do they work?
Well if you have ED, no. But they may help you "maintain" for longer. Restrict the ability to PE? Don't know on this one, I don't suffer, but I can imagine that yes they may as you have more "control".
For me a cock ring, "thickens" my manhood but strangely (or probably completely logically if you are a biologist) reduces its length (up to an inch), however with some "girth is king" so this isn't a bad thing.
I tend to use my cock ring for the "second performance", as it helps me maintain focus.

We've got one from lovehoney that's got a built in bullet they work magic for us both
