Try using an anal douche first of all. That will give you the confidence to relax and not have that 'passing' feeling.

Douching is the way forward for sure.

But is there actually an anal douche or do I carry on with my diy efforts?

It's a natural feeling at first. Pop the plug in. Remove when you get the urge then pop it back in. Your bum will realise after a short while that it's not needing a poo.

It gets easier with practice and feels fantastic once you get it right. An anal orgasm is incredible
