Female suddenly low sex drive

Any advice for me please ,suddenly noticed my sex drive has gone really low and no idea why .

Before anyone suggests it I'm not pre menopausal or menopausal

It could be as the winter months comes near, our body gets into hibernating mode.

It could b just ur tired r under stress r just lot of pressure to perform . Just relax n stop worrying n take things easy n above all don't stop sex just do a lot of hugging n kissing ur partner without penetration . When I started out first i had trouble but I was with a good lady who had patience n eventually I made up for lost time .

I was just about to suggest stress. At times of high stress I have been known to have almost permanent colds.

Mrs had ups and down with her sex drive some weeks she doesn't want touched and others she could go for days being played with haha. Ovulating? Post monthly? Could be anything.

Tired, stressed, a little run down, shorter days (SAD), a slight hormone imbalance. Can be anything, but most peoples libido go up and down at some point.

A good sleep and some tlc / you time, mrs is run down at the minute good bit of her own time and good sleep (our littleones usualy break that rule) and shes back to her usual self a break from the norm does wonders

Its a result of shortening day length and lack of sunshine .Get yourself a nice holiday somewhere hot and sunny and wait for the winter solstice when the day length starts to increase again 22nd December ,shortest day.

Oh forgot to day if partners a twat that wont help either.As you see I tend to go for the homeopathic approach,do what chicken breeders do change the cock in this situation .

Op I completely sympathise with you. For the first time ever I have absolutely zero desire for sex. This is completely out of character for me. My libido has always been through the roof. I feel so guilty but my husband has been amazing and supportive and hasn't complained once. I just hope it comes back soon for both our sakes.

That is how I am the majority of the time with a few highs here and there; I thought that was normal
