For us it's best todo anal first to the point where it's comfortable. Then ride one guy vaginally and then hubby brings up the rear taking it very easy. Patience while I get used to it then slowly build up a good rythm X |

We have done it a few times.
male on his back, female straddles him then other male doggy style. Easy and simple no awkward twisting and messing about.
