Angus & Findhorn

seek help from your GP, look at the NHS website and go for a walk, exercise is very good.

Make a list of all the positives in your life, play upbeat music and speak to a family mamber/friend

asking for help is a strength, never a weakness

good luck

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

116 123 is the Samaritans.

Be careful who you share with as not everyone will have your best intentions at heart.

Be kind to yourself. Seek help from friends, family and maybe your GP if required.

When life gives you lemons dude.

GP will only give ya happy pills and that is ok short term but talking to some one is good. The advice to walk and think of positives is cool too. Good luck.

"GP will only give ya happy pills"

Not true, your GP is often your way to be referred to counselling.

And counselling is just talking to people. Only it's a person who really knows how to get you talking and working out your issues. In a safe and positive way.
