I'm quite fussy who i fuck lol, so if we went dogging and didnt want to fuck the guys that were there would there be any trouble?
Are you expected to go along with it because you're there?

No you would not be expected to have sex with someone you don't want sex with, a polite no thank you should be enough. If there is ever a situation where someone won't accept a polite no thanks tell them again that you are not interested and to leave you alone. Then close your windows and switch your inside light off. They should get the hint. I go dogging and the only problem i have had was with a gay guy who wouldn't go away no matter how many times i told him i was looking for couples. I had to tell him to fuck off. That worked.
